This is the first annual report prepared by and for the Mullins State University Libraries, the J.S. Bach Music Library and the Charles A. Cutter Library. The two libraries, are integral parts of Mullins State University, a public university with 7,500 students and 600 faculty, located in a mid-sized Northeastern United States city.
