Amy Lindsay is an English teacher, teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), in the English Language Institute at the University of Hartford, in West Hartford, Connecticut.  She is also adjunct faculty at Quinebaug Valley Community College where she occasionally teaches Advanced ESL Reading and Writing. 

Amy primarily works with international students looking to improve their English language proficiency in order to pursue studies at the undergraduate and graduate level in the United States. 

Outside of the classroom, she enjoys running,  art, music, reading and traveling.
