- support services for students with documented learning disabilities and/or attention deficit disorder, at the University of Hartford.

·         Using the University of Hartford Letter of Disclosure, a student must self-disclose his/her disability to the professor in order to receive accommodations.

·         Requests for TEST ACCOMMODATIONS must be made in writing using the Green Sheet, a form designed for this purpose.

·         Requests for TEST ACCOMMODATIONS must be made at least 1 week prior to the scheduled test.

****Often, professors are able to provide students with test accommodations in the classroom. Please speak directly with your professor to make the appropriate arrangements.****
