2001: Appeared and started all 20 games. Tallied a single-season
school record 50 points (21 G, 8 A). Scored a school record five goals
at Maine (10/19), which was also a school record for points in a game
(10). Tallied a goal in 14 of 20 games, and a point in 17 of 20 games.
Named to the America East First Team, the All-New England First Team,
and the All-America Third Team. He was the only freshman to earn All-America
status. Also garnered America East Rookie of the Year, America East
All-Rookie Team, and America East All-Tournament recognition. Top-five
in the nation in points (2.5) and goals (1.05) per game.
Before Hartford: Four time top goal scorer for Maccabi Herzlia.
Led Maccabi Tel-Aviv in scoring during championship season. Played for
Israeli Under-17 National Team.
Personal: Born August 25, 1980. The son of Motti and Nurith
Lubezky. Enrolled in the Barney School of Business, majoring in economics
and finance.
