Albany, NY- The University of Hartford improved to 11-5-2, 7-2-1 in America East play, with a, 2-1, victory over the University at Albany Great Danes today at Varsity Field on the University at Albany campus. Asaf Lubezky (Kfar Shmaryahu, Israel) scored the game-winner on a penalty kick at the 72:53 mark.

The Hawks got on the board first when Alon Lubezky (Kfar Shmaryahu, Israel) pressured the Great Dane goalkeeper and forced a turnover when he deflected a clearing pass, which he collected and deposited in the back of the net at the 16:25 mark.

The Great Danes scored the equalizer just over 10 minutes into the second half on a goal by Jarvin Skeete (Castries, St. Lucia) finished off a scramble in front of the Hawk net. Hartford regained the lead at the 72:53 mark when Asaf Lubezky (Kfar Shmaryahu, Israel) converted a penalty kick after Easton Wilson (Hartford, CT) was fouled inside the area by an Albany defender.
