Policies:
-The University
of Hartford Athletics Box Office follows all NCAA and America
East regulations regarding the distribution of tickets.
-The University
of Hartford Athletics Box Office will open one-hour prior
to a contest on game days.
-Will-call
will open one-hour prior to a contest on game days.
-All individuals
who are on a pass list must provide proper identification
to the person supervising the use of the pass list at the
admission gate.
-No Refunds
or Changes. The handling/service charge is not refundable.
The ticket is not transferable.
-No alcoholic
beverages are allowed in the Chase Family Arena or Al-Marzook
Field.
-No pets
are allowed in the Chase Family Arena or Al-Marzook Field.
