Mort and Irma Handel Performing Arts Center's
Mass Mutual Lobby for a tour of this new space for theater, dance and
music.
Hartt School Operations Manager Dale Smith points out features of one

"black box" theaters in the Handel Performing Arts Center.
Dale Smith's tour of
the Handel Center highlighted the theaters, dance studios,
rehearsal spaces, faculty offices, the Backstage Cafe and even the
People's United Bank branch.
Emeriti Association Co-Chairs Virginia Hale and Bob Wallace present a
plaque saluting him for his many contributions to the University of
Hartford,
most recently the Mali Global Center, housed in the Barney School.

scholarship awardee, Biliana Mihaylova, a junior in A&S. Biliana
will come to the
fall meeting on October 1, 2009 to thank Emeriti Association members.
