FTP, QVT and the University's BANNER and VAX systems
Evaluated and installed computer software and hardware
Maintained office files, budgets and academic data
Interviewed, assigned, and managed staff of 12 graduate students
Established departmental systems and processed adjunct faculty contracts
Purchased office supplies using University's online system
