Let's say you have a page which is pretty long, and you want to browse down to a specific location without using your scroll bar.  It's possible!  All you have to do is to create an "anchor" or "target."  In fact, I have already created one at the title to this section!  Then, when you're done and want to return to the top of the page, you can create another anchor, and simply get to the top by clicking here.
