My name is
Jessica Lynn Belair. I was born November
27, 1991 at 2:31AM in Middlesex Hospital, Connecticut. I’m
5’4”, have brown
hair with eyes to match, and my favorite color is blue.
I am honest, a good listener, and love to
laugh. I am attending the University of Hartford and want to be a
physical
therapist when I grow up. I don’t care what happens to me as long
as I live a
happy, successful, and long life that I’m proud of. I’m
quiet, but that’s
different once someone gets to know me. I’m smart, caring, and
love to blast
my music and sleep in on weekends.
There are many
things that make up who I am but in the simplest terms, I can relate
myself to
a chocolate chip cookie. Comparing this cookie to my life, I’d
say I’m part of
a pretty decent batch. My family and
friends are my main ingredients, but there are little parts of me
composed of
other things. The butter, or glue, that holds me together is my family. I know that no matter what, they will always
be there for me whenever I need them. My
friends are the sugar that make me sweet.
Without my friends, there is no possible way I’d be the
same person. I can’t even begin to
imagine my life without
them.
There are many ingredients that make me up like my family, friends, even my dog, but the pan which I was baked in was my hometown. East Hampton is a small town in Connecticut where you know pretty much everyone, and everyone pretty much knows you. My friends and I would drive around aimlessly for hours complaining about how there was nothing to do in this stupid town. Now I realize, East Hampton is where I’ve had some of my best experiences and met my best friends. I thought that living in a small town was lame, but now I see it was such a great place to grow up. It was fairly safe, not too big or loud, and you really can find a lot of ways to have fun just hanging out in the middle of Shaw’s parking lot.
