Mission
The
Barney School of Business prepares individuals
to be leaders and decision-makers by:

a student-focused learning environment that
emphasizes effective, high quality teaching
and learning.

Engaging in a broad range of scholarly activities
that enhance and strengthen our teaching and
provide intellectual stimulation to our faculty.

Maintaining strong relationships with regional
business, government and non-profit entities
that facilitate their interaction with students
and faculty in a wide variety of activities
that offer exposure to the current application
of management tools and techniques.

prepare our students to be leaders and decision-makers
we:

each student with the opportunity to achieve
competency in the core disciplines of business
and more advanced competency in one or more
of those disciplines;
Provide each student with up-to-date information
and technology skills;
