What can I say about the beloved Huskies. Well...I became a fan right after the Hartford Whalers left town. This was a sad and lonely year in 1997 but I got passed it and transformed into a husky-lover quickly. This was about the same time that Richard “RIP” Hamilton graced Connecticut with his presents. This as I call him god amongst man brought be me and my fellow CT natives UConn’s first Men’s Basketball national championship.
